Tianshan Range is an important metallogenic belt in China,a lot of large and superlarge deposits of Au?Cu?Pb?Zn have been discovered in Axi?Jingxi-Yi'ermande?Sawaya'erdun?lamasu?wulagen and other places.What's more,the part of Tianshan beyond the territory of China produce many giant and world-class gold deposits and copper deposits.So Tianshan Range has a great potential for prospecting.So far,geological survey and study in Chinese part of Tianshan is at a relatively low level,through medium-large scale regional survey to find prospective and target area has an important significance for making a breakthrough in the national mineral prospecting program.In this paper,stream sediment data of 1:50000 scale regional geochemical exploration is a main study material,statistical parameter of 14 kinds of elements including Cr?Co?Cu?Zn?Pb?As?Sb?Bi?Sn?Ag?W?Mo?Au?Hg have been counted and analysed,correlation analysis?cluster analysis and factor analysis have been used to research the multi-elements associations.The six elements of Cu?Pb?Zn?Mo?Ag?Au have been selected as the main target elements of deposits.Traditional method recommend by Chinese Geochemical Survey Specifications has been used as a primary method to delineate geochemical anomalies and the main anomalies has been described and assessed,in addition,digital elevation model method has been used as contrast and supplement.As a result,the traditional method extracted 110 uni-element anomalies of six kinds of elements in total,among which,the anomaly numbers of Cu?Pb?Zn?Mo?Ag?Au are 12,7,8,16,24,43 respectively.The digital elevation model method enhanced the recognition to weak anomalies in low background.Since the survey district is a mineral blank area,approximately 30 deposits and occurrences in a range of 100 kilometers have been collected to draw a regional mineral map.Reference to the division of geotectonic unit and metallogenic belt,15 representive deposits and occurrences which have a geology circumstance similar to the survey area are selected for detailed study.The major concerned aspects are deposit type,features and age of surrounding rocks,features and age of intrusions,regional fault structures,dominant factors for mineralization,and so on.Ultimately,two target area and one prospecting district have been outlined after summarizing the mineralization regularity and analysing the characteristic of geochemical anomalies and specific geological factors.The Dongduoguole Au-Cu target area has a scope of 25km2,it is mainly to find Au,the objective deposit type is magmatic hydrothermal gold deposit controlled by faults and structural altered rock type gold deposits,porphyry-hydrothermal vein copper deposits can also be taken into consideration.Tingtieke Pb-Zn-Ag target area,with a range of 38 km2,has a great possibility to discovery carbonite type Pb-Zn-Ag deposits which would be a new genre in regional.Wulansadeke Au prospective district is distribution along the stream system,placer gold is the main objective,yet rock gold also should be given attention.
