Oil water flow widely exists in fields of oil exploration,chemistry industry,metallurgical industry.Accurately measuring flow rate has significance to improve productivity,reduce energy consumption,and ensure production safety.Because of complex flow characteristics,varied flow patterns and similarity of acoustics parameters in oil water two-phase flow,it is difficult to measure flow rate accurately.Ultrasound measurement has the advantages of noncontact,low cost,easy installation and high precision,it has been widely used in speed measurement,flaw detection,positioning.Aiming at this problem,this paper put forward a new model to measure the flow velocities of bubble flow and stratified flow that is based on continuous ultrasound Doppler and capacitance-conductance sensor,and calculate the flow velocity of both oil-phase and water-phase.Compared with standard flow meters,the average absolute errors are less than ±5%,it means that the model has certain application value.This paper includes the following three parts:(1)According to actual pipeline parameters and the characteristics of ultrasound sensors,the effective measurement area and ultrasound velocity in oil water flow with different hold-up are calculated.(2)The experimental conditions,parameters and plans of oil water flow in horizontal pipeline are determined and experimented in Tianjin University three phase flow laboratory.A data collection system is put up base on PXI measurement platform and LabVIEW language environments,including data collection,serial port control,data visualization and data storage.And the data is processed with filter and Fourier Transform to calculate the velocity of oil-phase and water-phase used the measurement model.(3)According to dual fluid model and homogeneous model,a velocity measurement model in horizontal pipeline oil water flow is established combined with boundary theory and hold-up measurement with capacitance-conductance sensors.And the numerical solution procedure is proposed.The result is analyzed to compare the advantages of two models and verify the accuracy of the model.
