Research On Ore-Controlling Factors And Prospecting Indicators In Shihu Gold Deposit,Hebei Province

Shihu gold deposit is located in the Department of Hebei Province,Lingshou County,Shijiazhuang city northwest of Taihang Mountain,the area with complex geological evolution and mineralization,creating a stone Lake large gold deposit and its ore bearing strata Archean Fuping group in high-grade metamorphic rock series,the Tuanbokou formation of Fuping formation as for ore source layer for the mine gold provide the main source of ore-forming materials.The tectonic development,mainly Archean Fuping folds and ductile brittle fracture tectonics in Mesozoic Yanshan period.By magmatic activities,Shihu gold deposit is influenced by the combined effects of strata,lithology,magmatic rocks,fault structure and wall rock alteration factors,they control the Shihu gold deposit ore-forming enrichment and spatial distribution.The on the basis of previous research data,through mining area and geological features of the ore deposits,ore control,wall rock alteration,primary halo geochemical characteristics of study,analyzes the ore-controlling factors of Shihu gold deposit,prospecting criteria are proposed in this paper.1.The surface oxide outcrop exposed(GOSSANS)mining direct prospecting marks;2.Tuanbokou Formation of Fupin Group is indicators for formation prospecting.3.Shihu Gold ore output area tightly controlled by faults.Strong tectonic fracture zone,strong silicification alteration zones,faults cross the site,construct filled with quartz diorite dikes,faults and fold structures and feathery fractured binding site is present beside the main fault structure ore mine mark;4.Potash alteration presenting reddening,as well as the corresponding wall rock alteration are indicators for alteration prospecting.5.The areas where the grey colour quartz vein develops and polymetallic Sulfide of chalcopyrite,pyrite,galena,sphalerite,magnetite combine are indicators for minerals prospecting.6.Combination of Sb,As,Hg,Au,Pb,Cu,Ag,Zn,Mo,W from primary halo associated with the gold deposition is a indicator for geochemical prospecting.The establishment of ore prospecting marks of the gold deposits in the area not only can be used as an important prospecting mark for similar gold deposits in the area,but also provides a scientific basis for the exploration of the deep edge of the gold deposit.
