In recent years,camera measurement has developed rapidly,with the breakthrough development of the imaging chip production process,upgrades of the camera hardware material,continuing improvement of the digital image processing algorithms and the rising intelligent trend.In the field of deformation monitoring,camera measurement mainly work on underground engineering,bridges,dams and other deformation monitoring and road and rail roadbed settlement monitoring.The traditional measurement method has not reached the current high-precision real-time deformation monitoring requirements.Since the camera measurement has a series of characteristics: non-contact,real-time,information-rich,high degree of automation,high precision,the subject based on the " dynamic measurement precision narrow structure study technology" pre-research project,constructing Deformation Monitoring System-Monocular Displacement Monitoring System with Camera as the Core.Combined with digital industrial photographic image processing technology,the system uses the camera ima ging principle to achieve the long and narrow structural deformation of the unattended,long-term real-time and high-precision deformation monitoring.The center of the paper is to improve the detection accuracy,and to study the problems encountered in the development of monocular displacement monitoring system.Specific content includes:(1)A monocular displacement monitoring system is des igned for high precision deformation monitoring problem of long and narrow structure.First,from the actual demand,the paper introduces the overall design of the hardware system ideas;summes up a set of hardware selection process;Finally develops software system supporting for the hardware,integrates hardware and software and test the monocular displacement monitoring system monitoring accuracy.(2)Aiming at the test results,a gray signal model was established,and the source of the error was analyzed.The influence of light source and temperature on monocular displacement monitoring system is studied emphatically.It is concluded that different light sources has a different effects on the monitoring system.Using LED infrared light can eliminate the instability of the light source and the unevenness of the illumination system,and improve the measurement accuracy.In-depth study of the temperature leading to image drift has been finished.The experimental results show that the effect of temperature on the image mainly affects the amount of image translation.While the rotation is smal,it can be negligible.(3)Based on the influence of influencing factors on monocular displacement monitoring system,the error compensation method is studied.Experiments show that the preheat camera can reduce the system error.At the same time,a simple and effective reference point error compensation method is proposed,and the compensation precision of single reference point and multiple reference points is compared.It has achieved a high-precision deformation monitoring and solved the narrow structure of high-precision dynamic deformation monitoring problems.
