Using the Internet for geographic data collection,analysis and services,breaking through the original surveying and mapping of professional departments constraints and the service model constraints,has become the current research focus.Access to toponymic data from the Internet can effectively reduce the high spending of gathering toponymic data,which is of great significance to the establishment of the global toponymic database.However,there are many problems such as inconsistence of quality,inconsistence of specifications,and redundancy of data,resulting in the inability to make use of these data directly and effectively.Multi-source names data matching and fusion is one of the effective ways to obtain high-quality toponymic data.In this paper,we study the methods of the multi-source toponymic data acquisition and consistency processing,multi-source toponymic data matching and fusion technology,and the main research contents are as follows:1?Analyze the technology research situation about the place names data fusion processing.Focus on the analysis of the place name data consistency of matching and fusion research situation and the existing problems.Discuss the related concepts,basic theories and content methods involved in the data fusion of multi-source names,and finally designs the technical framework of multi-source geometric data fusion.2?Design the breadth of the theme priority network crawler for automatically obtaining toponymic data in order to reduce the tedious repetition work.Analyze the inconsistency of multisource names data,and realize the consistency of classification,type coding,data format,different language names and spatial benchmarks on the basis of data cleaning of multi-source names data.In the multi-source toponymic data quality evaluation,the quality dimensions are analyzed and determined in this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on quantitative weighted average is used to evaluate the quality of geographical names from each data source.3?In the process of multi-source geometric data matching and fusion,the data storage model is designed on the basis of analyzing the table structure of the common global toponymic database.Based on the commonly used place name similarity and geometric similarity matching method,we proposes an optimization method of place name similarity matching based on the minimization of name difference and a matching optimization method of neighbor similarity based on buffer.Aiming at the deficiency of the place name similarity and the geometric similarity single matching method,a compound matching method considering the place name similarity and K proximity similarity is proposed.And a place name similarity method based on surface area is proposed.Finally,based on the matching,put forward the integration strategy of location information,named information and other attribute information according to the actual situation of multi-source toponymic data.4?The multiple source of data fusion processing prototype system is developed,and uses the Philippine name data as an example,to achieve the multi-source name data matching fusion.The statistical results and visual comparisonand of matching and fusion are counted and compared.
