With the rapid development and perfection of modern industry and marine technology,the braking performance of mechanical equipment is also getting higher and higher.Hydraulic disc brakes are very important components in ocean winches,and their operation status is directly related to the safety of marine winches and towing equipment.Firstly,the classification and working principle of the hydraulic disc brake system of the marine winch are studied,and the structural design require ments of the floating brake are obtained.A floating hydraulic disc brake is designed according to the special operation requirements and related parameters of the marine winch.The two stage braking system hydraulic station is designed for different operation conditions of the marine winch.And use AMESim simulation software to establish simulation model of disc brake system,analysis of the normal work,emergency braking and flexible braking under three conditions,the displacement and velocity curve of brake cylinder,hydraulic brake,verify the rationality of the design of the hydraulic system.According to the design requirements of ocean winches and brakes,the dynamic models and virtual prototype models of ocean winches and brakes are established.The 3D model by using Solid Works and UG software to establish the three-dimensional mapping of mechanical equipment accurately,the 3D model of marine winch drum and brake are established,and the Parasolid file format into the ADAMS model,add the relevant k inematic pair,contact force and driving etc..Then through the ADAMS/Control module,ADAMS and AMESim are combined organically,and the mechanical system is introduced into the control system and the hydraulic system analysis software AMESim,so that the joint simulation can be carried out.Because in the process of decentralization or lifting winch,will meet the stop condition,so the simulation of the load in no-load and rated condition,simulation in emergency braking and flexible braking process according to different angular velocity,braking time changes and changes in ocean winch brake torque,and compared with the theoretical data,verification the feasibility for the co simulation of marine winch hydraulic braking system.Finally,this paper sets up the marine winch control and monitoring system,through the experiment of braking performance under different conditions are measured and the brake braking torque of the size,the experimental data the results are compared with simulation results,to verify the accuracy of the hydraulic braking system design,at the same time that the co simulation has important research value for the design of the system.
