In this paper,two new pyranone and twelve known compounds were isolated and identified from a strain of Talaromyces wortmannii LGT-4,a endophytic fungus of traditional Chinese medicinal plant Tripterygium Wilfordii and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides GT-7,a endophytic fungus of Uncaria rhynchophylla by using modern chromatographic methods,including silica gel column chromatography,MCI column chromatography,Sephadex,LH-20,HPLC etc,and spectrum methods such as NMR,IR,ESIMS,2DNMR,ECD etc.The antiacetylcholinesterase and monoamine oxidase inhibitory activities of these compounds were tested by using 96-well micro-plate methods.The main results were as following:1.Two new pyranone and five known compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of T.wortmannii LGT-4.Two new pyranone were named as Wortmannine F?1?and Wortmannine G?2?,and five known compounds were identified as Cyclo?L-Leucyl-L-Prolyl??4?,cyclo[L-?4-hydroxyprolinyl?-D-leucine]?5?,cis-cyclo?L-Ala-L-Pro??6?,tryptamine?7?,cyclo?D-Pro-L-Leu??8?.2.Seven known compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of C.gloeosporioides GT-7.These compounds were identified as 14-Epi-14-hydroxy-10,23-dihydro-24,25-dehydroaflavinine?9?,10,23-Dihydro-24,25-dehydro-21–oxo-aflavinine?10?,Ergosterol?11?,Ergosterol peroxide?12?,Clavatustide C?13?,Chrysosporide?14?,Ursolic acid?15?.3.All of the compounds were tested for their monoamine oxidase?MAO?and acetylcholinesterase?AChE?inhibitory activities.The results showed that only compound 14 had weak inhibitory activity against AchE with IC500 of 24.2?g/mL.
