Food Waste Recycle Management Mode Research Based On Stakeholders Theory

In recent years, with the push of a resource-conserving and environment-friendly city construction, food waste recycling problem in China has gradually caused the wide attention of the society. Food safety problems and gutter oil incidents frequently expose forcing the government must take effective measures to ensure the safety of people's food.Most cities in China have developed a special management method,Eat hutch garbage collection management has achieved obvious results, also but its collection management mode has many drawbacks, the problem of low recycling rate of eat hutch is still outstanding.The complexity of multiple stakeholders' interests has become the key to solve the difficulty of food waste recycle management. In order to break the improper benefit chain and reverse the difficulty of food waste collection. This paper take the "interest" as the breakthrough point to discuss and found a reasonable management mode.Will conducive to balance the interests of stakeholders, improve the social awareness of eat hutch garbage collection business, promote actively cooperate with the related units to perform the functions, effectively combat illegal acquisition of eat hutch garbage behavior, guarantee the healthy sustainable development of eat hutch garbage recycling business.Based on the previous studies,according to expert investigation and field survey,this paper uesed Mitchell score-based approach and multidimensional segmentation method to define and classificate stakeholders on food waste collection management in three dimensions: the importance, urgency, initiative. Made a reseach of their interests requirments and coordination of interests, Combined with the comparison results of representative cities all over the country,based on their successful experience and avoid shortcomings,this paper promote common governance mode on food waste collection manegement.then we made a empirical study of Yinchuan city has strong practical significance. The paper's main conclusions are listed as follows:1?Drawing on relevant research results at home and abroad, concept of stakeholders in food waste management has been defined clearly, and theoretical system has been built.2?Summerised relevant fields' practice experience and typical cities' management practice, it is suggested that stakeholder participation in the practice of food waste management is necessary.3?Stakeholders in food management field have obvious differences. They can be divided into core stakeholders, middling stakeholders, external stakeholders.4?There are many contradictions and conflicts among stakeholders. The coordination mechanisms should be established.5?The co-governance mode based on stakeholders is the inevitable choice to resolve the interest balance between the the stakeholders. It can allocate the power, responsibilities and interests between stakeholders legitimately,build a powers mutually restrain and coordinate system., and achieve the goal of maximizing the common interests.
