With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people’s living standard, the output of food waste are getting more and more serious, which caused environmental and security problem is more and more outstanding, and increasingly attention by human. To solve this difficult problem, only food waste recycling mode, and realize the industrialization of food waste, give priority to with market, administrative services means solving food waste cannot achieve long-term data-based ills.This thesis is base on the basic principles of circular economy, analyzes the various principles of circular economy, and analyzes on the circulation economic law ", a detailed in this paper. Based on the theory of circular economy, environment economics principle, management principles, and sociology methods, combined with analy ChengDu food waste production and collect transportation. According to all kinds of methods above and chengdu food waste production and other basic situations of proposed constructing food waste recycling system of basic ideas, and proposed the seven module form of food waste recycling system, to each system for the detailed analysis and explanation and calculation, on the basis of which, the food waste recycling system, and combined with my work experience and the relevant documents to the national development and reform commission, to the circulation system of the feasibility and optimization mode.I were put forth and Finally concluded that the use of the existing management system and management methods and existing measures and combined with certain policy support and financial support, build a sustainable recycling system is possible in chengdu. The research may for chengdu city development and reform commission the future work, the city administration, environmental protection, public health and other work to provide corresponding reference.
