In this paper, it’s based on The north slope in west Fushun open-pit mine deformation monitoring and early warning system for construction project, using three monitoring method including the GPS monitoring, prestressed anchor cable and radar for deformation monitoring of north slope in west fushun open-pit mine.It analysised the monitoring data from the angle of mine production safety, consistented with the engineering practice of the grey system theory which is established at DGM (1,1) model and gray linear regression model, providing early warning information for safety in production in a timely manner and find out the risk factors, which influencing the stability of slope,then using FTA method as safety assessment.The content of this research includes:1、This article adopted GPS monitoring data the belt observation line to making subsidence curve, sinking rate curve and intuitively showed the monitoring period, the characteristics and trends;2、We can timely grasp the slope stable state and compare the three kinds of monitoring results in combination with the practical situation of the scene by state from the internal stress of slope and surface displacement changes in two aspects on the north slope monitoring and early warning,then we further analysis the slope and find out the main factors influencing the slope stability with prestressed anchor cable and radar remote monitoring system with the combination of methods.3、This paper use grey system theory modeling software to modle by DGM (1,1) modeling method and gray linear regression model of Fushun west open pit mine power station observation line pool-3 and east 800-3 monitoring points.Then this paper make short-term earthquake prediction for Fushun west open pit mine power station observation line pool-3 and east 800-3 monitoring points.4、This paper find out 11 factors affecting the safety of north slope, establish the Fault Tree Model and analysissing the probability of slope failure occurs through the slope destruction causing the accident investigation. It compared each influencing factor’s influence on the slope failure, then put forward the safety precautions and improvement measures from the structure importance and probability importance of two aspects.In this article, prestressed anchor cable, radar and other advanced monitoring method is adopted, combined with the method of grey system theory modeling, supplemented by quantitative safety evaluation on the FTA with a certain application prospect, providing effectively technical means.for the safe production and correct decision.
