With the improvement of living standard, The living environmental is becoming more and more importent for people. so the study ofantibacterial materials is alse becoming more and more importent.nano-silver as a kind of importent antibacterial agent, its broad spectrum and highly effective antibacterial performance won the attention of researchers. The experiments prepared two different silver nanoparticles. And preliminary studied its antibacterial effect and antibacterial mechanism.In this paper, respectively using polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and dextran (Dextran) as protective agent prepared two different silver nanoparticles. Using methods of UV-vis and DLS for characterization of nanometer silver materials.The experiment contrastive analysis the two antibacterial materials with the methods of growth curve,coated tablet,WST-8 kits and measured the total content of soluble sugar. And its antibacterial mechanism was also discussed. The main research results are as follows:1.Preparation the PVP-Ag and Dextran-Ag nanomaterials with good dispersion and stable performance.2.The effect do the silver nano-materials with PVP as protective agent have on gram negative bacteria (e. coli).20?g/mL of silver nano-materials can completely inhibit the growth of e. Coli with 107 cfu/ml. The effect do the silver nano-materials with PVP as protective agent have on gram positive bacteria (staphylococcus aureus).20?g/mLof silver nano-materials can completely inhibit the growth of staphylococcus aureus with 107 cfu/ml.3.The effect do the silver nano-materials with glucan as protective agent have on gram negative bacteria (e.coli).15?g/mL of silver nano-materials can completely inhibit the growth of e.Coli with 107cfu/ml. The effect do the silver nano-materials with glucan as protective agent have on gram positive bacteria (staphylococcus aureus).20?g/ml of silver nano-materials can completely inhibit the growth of staphylococcus aureus with 107 cfu/ml.
