With the coal market's growing demand for coal mine production, has fully mechanized working face of the installation works, the changing track crane of hydraulic become rapid installation retracement of fully mechanized working face of important equipment. Due to hydraulic change track crane is a kind of new equipment, and well mine safe production is more and more brought to the attention of the countries, normal operation of the safety performance of shaft mining plays a decisive role, the mechanics and optimization of key components is imperative.The research object of this article is NDB- 9/15 changing track cranes of hydraulic, its key parts mainly include lifting mechanism, a top institutions, institutions, including hydraulic change track crane telescopic boom and topside institutions is important bearing parts, their mechanical properties directly affect the safety and reliability of hydraulic pressure change track crane. Based on hydraulic change track crane force analysis and design calculation of key components, and from the conventional mechanical analysis to verify the rationality of the design. ANSYS Workbench software respectively for telescopic arm and top institutions statics analysis, validate the rationality of the design. Through the analysis of telescopic arm under three different conditions of stress, strain and the change of the total displacement, slider, lap, elevation of the influence of the telescopic arm, and presents a certain regularity characteristic curve.Through the statics analysis of telescopic boom in the most dangerous working conditions, telescopic arm under the condition of strength stiffness has a great deal of redundancy. Using ANSYS Workbench software with the minimum quality as the objective function, under the condition of satisfy the intensity and the rigidity, were used to design the main arm and arm, it is concluded that the optimal solution. After optimizing the total mass of the telescopic arm reduce 54.42 kg, save up to 4.6% material.
