| Sand production is always the problem needed to resolve in the oil and gas field.In the process of oil and gas well production,the balanced amount of sand production will increase the output,but serious sand production damages underground and ground equipment to shorten the well life.In the domestic,it badly needs the Real-time Sand-detecting method and corresponding equipment to monitor the sand production and predict the well conditions,in order to provide guarantee for oil and gas well production.It analyzes the available monitoring method.Associated with the impact kinetic energy of sand,the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric sensors and acoustic,get the suitable sand production monitoring model and put forward a non-intrusive Real-time Sand-detecting system,which uses vibration signals as monitor objects.The vibration signal is generated by sand hitting the wall.In the process of establishing model,it considers the spread characteristic and energy loss of the sand signal in the tube wall and sound sensor wedge.Get energy loss for different pipe walls and determine the sound wedge angle and the installation location.Through the analysis of the sand signal’ characteristics,it uses a variety of filtering methods to process the signal and succeed to get weak sand signal extracted from the high background noise signal.According to the monitoring requirements,design and use the LabVIEW software to develop software to realize signal acquisition,signal filtering,signal conversion,display of sand production trends and sand production volume calculation,data storage,etc.In order to verify the feasibility of monitoring methods,the denoising method and the software,establish the simulation experiment platform of oil and gas wells sand production in the laboratory,complete the whole system integrated test and carry on the experiments in the various conditions.The results of the indoor experiments show that the method can effectively perceive the change of the amount of sand production in the flow and verify the feasibility of sand production monitoring method.Moreover,it also demonstrated that the fluid velocity,sand proportion and sand grain diameter have an influence on sand signals and obtain the fitting relevant parameters used in the sand monitoring model.Based on the laboratory experiment,test the sand production of the production and fracturing process of oil and gas well in theDaQing and YuMen oilfield,verify the stability of the system,achieve the desired effect and provide certain reference basis for sand production detecting in the oil and gas well. |
