In order to solve the defects of independence and closure that generally exist in the current risk management of oilfield surface engineering,this paper rearranged the types of risks facing oilfield surface engineering from the perspective of Engineering Supply Chain,and analyzed the harm of these risks,and carried out risk identification and evaluation based on engineering supply chain.The high risk area of oilfield surface engineering project is analyzed,and corresponding control strategy is put forward,with the purpose of reducing the loss of the risk and achieving a win-win situation.Firstly,the 3D risk identification model of Oilfield Surface Engineering based on the engineering supply chain is constructed,and the risk of pipeline,well site,oil transfer station and union station in the project is fully analyzed.Secondly,the AHP and multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the various risk factors,and calculate the weight and the occurrence probability.Again,based on the analysis of the calculation results,the supply risk of pipeline engineering and the engineering operation riskof well site,oil transfer station and union stationare considered to to have a greater risk occurrence probability and need more emphasis on risk control.At the same time,the risk of pipeline engineering isconsidered to have the biggest risk for the whole oilfield surface engineering,and should be the main risk control object.Finally,according to the risk identification and evaluation results,the specialized risk coping strategies for oilfield surface engineering project is proposed as well.The strategy of controlling the supplier’s service quality and distribution,and ensuring the rationality of material inventory is put forward to cope with the supply risk.The strategy of strengthening quality management,implementing the integration of exploration and development,resource sharing,and coordinating the relationship between the participating units is put forward to deal with the engineering operation risk.The strategy of controlling the manufacturer capabilityand Implementing dynamic management is presented to manage the construction demand risk.This thesis is close to the actual risk management of oilfield surface engineering project and makes out a more in-depth and detailed study,with comprehensive application of the field investigation,the expert questionnaire,the software model calculation and other scientific research methods,based on a comprehensive theoretical study,and combined with the current advanced research ideas.It can provide more effective method theory and practice guidance for the risk control of Oilfield Surface Engineering project.
