| With the adjustment and support of the national macro policy,the growth rate of China’s construction engineering is relatively fast.The development of the construction industry has made great contributions to the country in the following three aspects :(1)in the national GDP,the annual output value of the construction industry occupies a large proportion,which plays an important role in the country’s economic development;(2)Construction products directly or indirectly solve the basic living problems of people’s clothing,food and housing,and provide great convenience for People’s Daily needs;(3)The construction industry itself and its upstream and downstream industries have solved a large number of labor employment problems.However,with the development of the construction industry,the safety production problem of construction has gradually emerged.Many factors in the construction production activities have become direct or indirect fuse causing safety accidents,such as: the construction difficulty of construction projects increases;New construction materials and new technology are not mature;Unreasonable rush of construction project participants;Our country pursues the construction development speed too fast and the supervision intensity is insufficient;These are the cause of building construction safety problems often occur,in recent years,the means of production safety accidents the government departments at all levels of construction safety in production work emphasis gradually increase,construction related law enforcement in our country has strengthened the management and supervision of construction enterprise,although has obtained certain effect,but overall construction safety situation is still not optimistic,To solve the safety production problem is of great significance to the good development of the construction industry.In this paper,the risk management method is introduced into the construction safety management,taking LY Company as the research object,and the construction safety risk evaluation is studied.First USES the hierarchical holographic model builders risk,equipment risk,material risk,technology risk,management risk,environment risk and so on 6 kinds of secondary risk,and through the literature inquiry combined with expert interviews identified 28 three risk factors,so as to build the class hierarchy construction’s security risk evaluation index system,then USES the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)construct the index weight,Finally,the safety evaluation results of the project are calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the risk response measures are formulated according to the analysis of the evaluation results.As one of the main contents of risk management,risk assessment and response are of great significance to guarantee the smooth progress of engineering projects.Therefore,the construction unit should actively study the risk response plan,to avoid safety risks caused by the omission of safety risk control work. |
