Currently,stratified water injection technology has been achieved with precise injection,but each stratified water injection calculation demand is still stratified injection of key issues.For low permeability reservoirs,due to the different physical properties of reservoir fluid properties and permeability differences,so that the development process in different oil absorption capacity of each leading edge of sync stratified water propulsion,high permeability reservoir wells early water breakthrough,well premature flooding.In each hierarchical waterflood front advance balanced for the purpose of determining the amount of stratified injection and injection pressure in order to achieve synchronization waterflood front advance,high permeability reservoir delay water breakthrough time,this is a solution to the demand for water stratified injection computational problems.Therefore,the proposed use of intelligent control technology stratified water injection wells Method for real-time flow and pressure monitoring,control and adjustment,so that stratification waterflood front promoted simultaneously.First,Daqing,Changqing Oilfield Block reservoir data analysis as the basis,the establishment of the reservoir intelligent well data management systems,dynamic reservoir evaluation.Use the Mathematical model,low permeability reservoir water flooding percolation theory,determine reservoir water injection,water injection pressure and the relationship between the position and waterflood front advance velocity,the establishment of well water displacement front intelligent control optimization objective function.Analysis stratified injection pressure system,water pipe string pressure drop along the flow and pressure loss valve faucets and water stratified injection and injection pressure variations relations,which made a stratified water injection wells intelligent analog control method.Secondly,the design of intelligent wells and water injection system flow control valves,flow control valves are given to calculate the flow coefficient.Finally,a basic block of Ansai Oilfield reservoir data,applications ECLIPSE simulation software to establish numerical simulation model,simulation control effect analysis.The results showed that the application of intelligent wells real-time monitoring,control and adjustment features to optimize the waterflood front control objective function is based,hierarchical control water injection rate and injection pressure in order to control the speed of waterflood front advance is necessary and realistic sense.Numerical simulation software simulation results show that the proposed method can be achieved basically by controlling the injection rate and injection pressure control advance balanced stratified water flooding purposes front edge,extended period of dry oil,enhanced oil recovery.
