| Water flooding technology has always been an integral part of oil field exploitation in China,the main reason is that most of the oil field in China is a continental sedimentary heterogeneous sandstone oil field.But with the development of oil,the difference between the oil layer changes,the traditional general water injection process has been unable to meet the dynamic equilibrium between the different layers of the differences,thus leading to the reduction of the efficiency of oil field production.According to the specific conditions of each reservoir and the development of the technology,the layered water injection technology was developed to further improve the water drive recovery.But in fact,oilfield entered extra high water cut period,due to the restriction of technology,there is a great distance between stratified waterflooding horizontal distance of water flooding,the specific face the following problems: interlayer contradiction,difference between layers of injection pass rate decrease fast,half the time the water injection "unqualified" to the long-term monitoring of water;parameters of single segment,cannot help the understanding and analysis of the reservoir remaining oil;increasing the number and the number of injection well,the test workload has increased year by year.In order to achieve the goal of "long-term stable production" in the special high water cut development period,it is necessary to adjust the injection production structure,and a set of effective water injection technology which is suitable for the special high water cut stage.This paper is the research work on this engineering background,based on the actual requirements in the present stage of China’s water flooding technology,development of extra high water cut period of injection wells of multilayer synchronous measurement method,multi information test and flow control combining unified whole in underground,long-term work automatically in each injection layer the monitoring of flow in the deployment of multilayer custom cycle synchronous deployment.The process has the characteristics of "multi period synchronous measurement,testing cycle,continuous monitoring of encryption parameters,centralized admission data,can realize the automatic subdivision water injection requirements,but also can realize each interval synchronous measurement,can reduce the workload of manual testing,greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of measuring and adjusting the stratified injection at the same time,real-time monitoring of the parameters,provide new technical support for the potential of residual oil.The bridge eccentric separate water distribution pipe string technology based on design process and multilayer synchronous measurement technology supporting column,using digital processing technology to plug flow,pressure,temperature regulation,the test set as a whole,to realize the multi segment synchronous dynamic adjustment;to carry out research on data transmission under the condition of water injection wells using the technology,short distance wireless transmission and remote communication cable combination to achieve the control command and the remote wireless monitoring data(more than 1000 meters,less than 125 degrees Celsius)two-way signal transmission;design of injection wells under the condition of non contact sensing,positioning and high frequency induction charging device should be based on the solution of mechanical positioning caused by the trial process the inefficient and underground power supply battery one bottleneck problem.Finally,the indoor pilot comprehensive simulation experiments,including communication and power transmission performance test,flow test and deployment of contactless power test and comprehensive performance test and completed the transformation,North wells engineering application.The results show that this model can be integrated with labor water heater solves the extra high water cut period of oil production engineering technology is facing the contradiction of water flooding for design,and the results of this study can be extended in other technologies of production engineering in China,such as pumping oil well stratified water control technology,production potential horizontal subdivision water injection technology.Study on two-way wireless communication technology downhole data and non contact high frequency charging technology provides a huge space for development to the electromechanical integration as the leading production tools,production engineering technology will form a chain chain reaction,has important theoretical significance and engineering application value. |
