This thesis studies propagation characteristics of the gas explosion shock wave in the pipeline by theory analyze, experiment and numerical simulation. Propagation of shock waves are studied in the case of the pipe bend and the pipe cross-section mutations. Firstly, gas explosion propagation characteristics were analyzed by using the method of theoretical research, in the shock wave propagation formula pipe bend and pipe cross-section and the case of the mutation has been deduced. Then uses the test system design of gas explosion propagation of shock waves in the piping corner cases, studies pipe bend angle of propagation of shock waves are degrees of 30,45,60,90,105,120,135,150; applies the test system design of the shock waves in gas explosion mutations in the case of the pipeline section of the propagation, research by the side length of 80mm square section into each side 90,100,110,120,140,160mm square cross-section and respectively by 90,100,110,120,140,160mm square section into the propagation of shock waves in case of 80mm square section. Finally, uses numerical simulation methods, simulates shock wave propagation in the case of the pipe bend and shock waves in case of pipe cross-section mutations. By the results of experimental study and numerical simulation are compared and find overpressure attenuation coefficient basic error in the smaller range with better consistency. The research has enriched the theory of gas explosion shock wave propagation, provides a theoretical foundation to control gas explosion accident and disaster relief work, has some value and practical significance.
