At present,the relevant synthesizing nesquehonite crystal become research hot spots,for nesquehonite crystal morphology control has been confirmed by many researchers.But the current research mainly stay in the rodlike morphology of crystal preparation,preparation of radial preparation,regulating effect of applied field on crystal morphology and the mechanism is less to explain. Paper aimed to study on the radial nesquehonite crystal and microwave assisted compound rodlike nesquehonite crystal preparation,under the premise of without changing crystal chemical properties,preliminary explore effective synthesis method of two kinds of nesquehonite crystal,for the further study of crystal and its potential low cost industrial production to provide some reference data.Paper by observing the nesquehonite crystal morphology evolution process in the liquid phase system,analyses the morphology and phase change law, on the basis of this has carried on the exploration of the formation process of radial nesquehonite crystal and the formation mechanism of crystal morphology under the action of microwave field assisted. In terms of radial nesquehonite crystal preparation,paper considers the effect of the reactant concentration,reaction time and reaction temperature on the test results, test shows that the initial concentration of NH4HCO3 is the key to influence the formation of radial crystal,the initial concentration of Mg2+ mainly control the generation of crystal,reaction time and reaction temperature on the radial morphology had little effect.Innovative pionts of paper mainly reflects in:prepare of the radial nesquehonite crystal,was the first time in the field of nesquehonite crystal preparation areas;to the introduction of the microwave field into the process of the synthesis.study on the effect of the microwave field in crystallize growth process,also seldom reported in the field of nesquehonite crystal preparation;paper has studied on the reaction mechanism of both,and carried out to reveal its formation mechanism,especially found the magnesium ammonium complex ions,and its effect in synthetic process of radial nesquehonite crystal.
