In the fermentation process of beer, the temperature control is very important, the key about the fermentation is fermentation temperature done well according to curve. Beer fermentation temperature control have big delay, nonlinear, time-varying, periodic points and other features. This paper studies the intelligent control of temperature for beer fermentation process, the main work is as follows:1. First introducing the winemaking process. Doing a detailed analysis about the fermentation process. Finding out the difficulty of temperature control. For micro beer fermentation system, determining the fermentation process mathematical model by mechanism modeling combining with experience modeling.2. According to beer fermentation temperature control features to design neural network PID controller, I summarize the basic theory of PID and neural network and control mode between neural network with PID. Controller through self-learning ability of neural networks, online turn out PID parameters. Doing some certain improvements.3. The large variation of genetic algorithm optimize BP neural network PID controller. To overcome the shortcomings of genetic algorithm, i Increase penalties and improve operating factors and fitness function. Discussing on the binding mode of genetic algorithms and neural networks, i let the global search capability of genetic algorithm apply to the neural network PID controller.4. Control algorithm proposed are used in actual production verification. Writing the control algorithm by VB6.0 software, they complete the beer fermentationtemperature control process by communicating via DDE connect VB with Kingview.Through experiments to verify the feasibility of intelligent control algorithm. |
