Domestic oilfields are mostly depleted oilfields.Because of the complex geological structure and the difficulty exploitation,it often used mechanical technology to enhance oil recovery.According to the oilfields exploitation trend in recent years,electric submersible pump(ESP)has become the leading production equipment,and it is particularly important to monitor the downhole working condition as well.It uses ESP motor cable as a power and signal transmission channel,and employs high-accuracy integrated test components and the current loop simulation technology,to complete the monitoring of the downhole temperature,pressure,etc,so that improve the reliability of downhole ESP unit operation and maximum operating efficiency.The downhole condition on-line monitoring and transmission system for Electrical Submersible Pump mainly measure two parameters,such as temperature and pressure.The whole system includes the ground system part and the underground system part.The ground system uses star potentiometric method for downhole monitoring system to provide the required DC voltage,and real-time processes,displays and transfers the current signal collected,so as to realize the downhole condition on-time monitoring of the downhole ESP.Based on Windows system,it develops the data processing software,which combines database access technology.The software can realize the data real-time display,data dynamic curve drawing,data report generation and the historical data query,and other functions,which provides an intuitive basis for the analysis of downhole dynamic changes and monitoring the production status of the submersible electric pump wells.Through studying the reliability of downhole ESP system,provide a practical method for the reliability evaluation of the system.Based on the above work,carry out a large number of indoor and outdoor experiments,which confirms the effectiveness of the system.The developed instrument has been applied in the underground of Shengli oilfield,and provided a complete set of system for China petroleum logging co.,LTD.Through the theoretical analysis and the experiment,it shows that this system has many advantages,including a simple power supplement,efficient signal transmission,reliable data processing,and the remote monitoring,etc.The system offers reliable technical support tooptimize the ESP production.Moreover,it provides a strong support for oil production to develop in the direction of stripper wells and land wells.
