Electric submersible pump is widely used in oil production because of its large displacement and high lift,which is an important means to achieve high and stable production.In order to optimize the condition of downhole electric pump and make it work efficiently for a long time,it is necessary to monitor the temperature,pressure and so on.In this paper,we analyze the characteristics of working oil pump downhole electric submersible,carried out the research of downhole pressure monitoring technology,signal transmission characteristics and ground system,forming a set of form a complete detection system.In the well realized loop stability of temperature and pressure detection,and through the construction of star formation,DC channel and three-phase electric pump unit,without additional components through the cable signal transmission channel,we increase the filtering system,the signal transmission is more stable,and can effectively protect the monitoring system.The ground control system can supply power to the underground detection system,it can also be used to receive the signal can be real-time analog to digital conversion,and completes the data processing and storage,through the display system for data output and guide the completion of parameter adjustment of underground electric pump,so that the pump operating condition optimization.The research results are of great significance to optimize the parameters of electric pump,to realize the reasonable production of electric pump well,to prolong the period of electric pump and to reduce the production cost.The collection and analysis of downhole dynamic data also provide favorable data support for later reservoir parameter adjustment.
