Machine tool spindle is one of the core component of high-speed precision machine tools.As the most critical component of Machine tool spindle,the type,structure,speed adaptive,rotation accuracy,stiffness,noise,power consumption,friction and temperature rise,thermal deformation of spindle bearing have decisive influence on the performance of machine tool spindle.Therefore,it is significant to implement research on mechanical properties.In this master thesis,static mechanical model,five degrees of freedom of the quasi-static model,quasi-static model considering component deviation is specifically established for high-speed precision machine tool angular contact ball bearing.It provides a reliable numerical platform for the analysis of ball bearing dynamic performance and influence factors.Firstly,an geometry introduction is presented to angular contact ball bearing.By the analysis of bearing component center displacement,bearing static mechanical model was proposed in this paper.According to the static model,the effect of ball bearing load,the ring groove curvature radius of inner and outer race to the distribution of ball bearing contact angel and load is analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of static model,quasi-static model considering the centrifugal force and gyroscopic moment is established and the results of the distribution of the contact angel and load between the ball and the inner and outer race is compared with the static model.Then,the effect of the ring groove curvature radius of inner and outer race,the speed of inner ring,external load to the load distribution of ball bearing is emphatically analyzed.At last,based on the quasi-static model,a more comprehensive bearing quasi-static model introducing machining errors,ball diameter deviation and waviness,was proposed.According to the model,the influence of ball diameter deviation,distribution mode,order and amplitude of ball surface waviness,superimposition of component deviation to the load distribution of ball bearing is discussed in details.The ball bearing static model,quasi-static model and quasi-static model considering component deviation proposed in this paper lay a foundation of further research to the influence of working conditions,topological geometry and component deviation on bearing fatigue life.
