Technological Design Of Tert-butyl Acetate With 1200t/a

Tert-butyl acetate is a kind of important organic chemical raw material, which is widely used in paint, detergent, electronics, solvents, pharmaceutical intermediates, and etc.This design is based on a 1200t/a Tert-butyl acetate newly production project of Jinxi xx Chemical Co. Ltd. We employ the olefinic acid esterification method of direct synthesis to tertiary butyl acetate, use intermittent reaction process, and finally, adopt secondary distillation to separate product for high quality products.This method has mild operating conditions, relatively higher yield, more mature technology, which is an ideal production process.Content in the design mainly includes: product introduction, project background,design foundation, process program, process design, material balance and energy balance,the main equipments selection and calculation of workshop layout design, environmental protection, security design and content of "three wastes" treatment etc. flow diagram,equipment layout design drawings, and etc related to this design are included.
