With the development of modern high and new technology industry, the market demand of superfine powder of related products, increasing the powder of the size, distribution, the purity of raw materials is put forward higher request, horizontal sand mill as the main equipment of powder grinding, domestic and foreign research on the structure of the horizontal sand mill has been relatively mature, and make the powder in horizontal sand mill grinding process is better powder industry in recent years, the main research trend.This paper first elaborates the research purpose and meaning of ultra-fine powder, outlined the development status at home and abroad of horizontal sanding machine, horizontal sand mill at present has been widely used in wet grinding powder. Domestic research focuses on structure optimization and analysis of flow field, the energy conversion, the related parameters in the process of grinding, grinding time, and the study of the theory of the relationship between target size and optimization are relatively few.To horizontal sand mill grinding process as the research object, the grinding mechanism of the macro and micro analysis, the use of powder particle size, effective area of grinding force in grinding process effect, process and material changes in internal structure, further determine have important influence in the process of grinding process parameters and process parameters.According to the law of conservation of energy, horizontal sand mill mechanical and electrical machine can enter into macro energy consumption of grinding cylinder, structure parameter is deduced, the mathematical model of process parameters and macro energy consumption; In combination with microscopic crushing mechanism, it is concluded that the material particle size of the target and the mathematical model between the grinding energy consumption. Using the principle of equal energy density per unit volume, to parameterize the macro and micro energy consumption with particle size said energy consumption, establish the related parameters, the mathematical relationship of particle size and milling time.According to the related parameters and the mathematical relationship of energy consumption, an analysis to the various influence factors for the single factor variable Simulink modeling and realize visualization of the relationship between various parameters to clearly understand the information exchange between each parameter module.According to actual production process parameters and process parameters of the mathematical model of the experience in numerical, its generation into the corresponding mathematical model, the application of Matlab simulation and analysis of related parameters on the macro and micro energy and material particle grinding effect.Comprehensive parameters effect on the energy consumption and the effects of the material grinding particles on grinding process, the process parameters in the process of optimization, it is concluded that the best grinding time and under different particle size of the target material flow.
