At present, the plate strip production accounts for more than half of the iron and steel production. The hot rolling in the steel rolling process will affect the final quality of the strip. So, it is necessary to research the process of hot rolled strip steel, it also have important research significance and application value.The strip production control technology for the simulation object in this paper, I will design a strip rolling process network simulation system based on the MVC framework combined with the strip production process. This paper studys the thickness distribution, the rolling force and torque, friction coefficient and forward slip values and temperature changes in the hot rolling process while the simulation system is established. Also, it describes the corresponding simulation processes, sets forth the implementation and designs the corresponding simulation modules. Firstly, the thickness distribution module mainly studys the strip’s thickness changes in hot-rolled. Secondly, the rolling force and torque module mainly studys the strip should bear the size of rolling force and torque during the hot rolling. Thirdly, the friction coefficient and forward slip values module mainly studys the strip’s friction coefficient and forward slip values changes in the hot rolling. Forthly, the temperature change module mainly studys the the strip’s temperature change by reason of the thermal radiation, conduction, cooling, deformation and friction. At last, compare the simulation results in the rolling network simulation system with the actual results, it shows that it has good reference value for the actual rolling process and proves that the network simulation system has a good reliability.
