| Children are important members in family and country, and their healthy growth is related to the future of the motherland and the nation. In today’s increasingly high improvement of living, the foot health has been attracted a lot of person’s attention. children’s body is in rapid growth, and the growth of the foot can also not be ignored. As the necessities of the daily life, shoes play an important role in the healthy growth of the children’s feet.However, a lot of relevant domestic enterprises have not collected and analysised children’s foot datas.The development and production of the children last also are the smaller versions of adult’s.It leads to a lot of uncomfort lasts circulating in the market,and it must produce an adverse effects on children’s foot healthy.Measuring present stage of children’s foot type and analyzes its characteristics, providing certain reference for design and making of the lasts and shoes, building digital shoe lasts, improving the efficiency of the making of the children lasts, and making due contribution to the development of the children feet healthy.This research content mainly has two aspects:one is the measurement of feet basic data of the xi’an area’s 10 to 12 years old boy, summaring and analysising their rules;The other one is to build digital lasts using forward and reverse binding methods. using Delcam Lastmaker three-dimensional professional shoe-making software digital lasts, and analyzing the problems that would be pay attention to in the process of modifing.In this paper, using semi-automatic method measured 156 children of Xi’an, measuring project is 15, which focuses on analyzing different age paragraph’s feet length,feet width and circumference direction related datas. In order to better grasp the trend of children foot varing trend, understanding the children’s feet regulars in current stage. Using EXCEL and SPSS data analysised the characteristical parts’datas,acquiring their feet regular,and comparing with the previous children’s datas, analyzing their similarities and differences.On the base of summarizing and analyzing the children’s feet regular, the construction of digital lasts were studied in this paper. By comparing the digital lasts construction methods, explored the use of forward and reverse combination of methods can be more quickly and accurately to build digital shoe lasts, explored lasts’canning and handling means in reverse engineering. Basing on the measurement and analysis of data built 4 usual style of children’s digital lasts, modifying them in three-dimensional software Delcam Lastmaker, and the problems should be paid attention to in the modifing process are analyzed and summarized.The research results show that:(1)Children 10 to 12 years old in xi’an region feet length whole is normally distributed at this stage, but foot development differences in the same age, for example, children feet length has big range about 50 mm age-grade.(2)The index of foot width and length decreases with the increase of age, as the same as metatarsal girth,and children foot type tend to be narrow thin with the increase of age compared to previous data.(3)Completed four different styles of children shoe last data acquisition using optical 3D scanner,and analyzed techniquesin the process of the last digital data collection.(4)Through the comparison of several kinds of digital last producing methods, modifying partial lasts with Geomagic reversing modeling combining Delcam Lastmaker can quickly build digital lasts accuratly. And completed two digital children shoe lastin same style and the same length but type. |
