With the rapid development of information technology,the digital technology drives the innovation of shoes consumption mode.The traditional shoe industry featuring large scale,wide coverage of industry chain and complete range of varieties can meet the consumption needs of a wider range of people with the help of Internet and E-commerce platforms.With the trend of massive increase of shoe design information data,the demand for informatization of technical elements in domestic shoe design is becoming more and more urgent.The timely acquisition and analysis of shoe design information will greatly promote the accuracy and effectiveness of the technical design part of shoe products.Therefore,the realization of full process data summarization and the establishment of perfect shoe design parameter matching have become the key of realizing shoe informatization design system.The technical design of shoe digital service platform is researched regarding shoe design technologies,to develop all kinds of shoe database by combining shoe design technologies with computer science.The rules and characteristics of foot type,shoe tree technology,rules of shoe style design and style elements are researched and analyzed,and the shoe design process,ideas,framework,methods and others are incorporated,thus forming the shoe data exchange technology information theory and method.(1)Research on Human Foot Characteristic Identification.Through the definition and description of human foot forms and characteristics,the basic knowledge of the existing foot type rules,etc.is analyzed and summarized,the measurement postures and positions for human foot information collection technology are standardized,and the problems are summarized with the needs of consumers.On the basis of the existing foot type rules,the detailed research on foot type identification classification is carried out.By the researches on measurement,characteristics classification and mathematical statistical analysis,etc.of foot types,the foot types are finally divided into nine types,i.e.long narrow type,long middle type,long wide type,middle narrow type,middle type,middle wide type,short narrow type,short middle type and short wide type,in order to establish foot type classification method for the storage and matching informatization of shoe trees in the next step,and provide theoretical support for the research on foot types.(2)Research on Shoe Tree Design Data and Generic Technology.According to the design schemes of all kinds of shoe trees,the technical comparison is carried out,the parameter traceability of shoe tree design data is realized,the technical logic research on shoe trees is conducted,the distribution of shoe tree categories in consumers is analyzed,the common technologies and rules of shoe trees are proposed and the topic modules of technical data classification framework of shoe trees are established as the basis for technical matching of shoe trees for human foot characteristic identification.Relying on the mature shoe tree technologies and national standards,the genetic technical data of shoe trees lengths,widths and circumferences of men's shoes,women's shoes,sports shoes and children's shoes are summarized and classified to act as the technical basis of construction of shoe technology informatization system.(3)Modular Design of Shoe Style Design Elements.Through the summarization and classification of shoe styles,the general track and sequence of development of shoe styles and structures development are clarified.In which,with the development history of shoe styles as research basis,the shoe structures and decoration elements characteristics under different branches are summarized to enable the various shoe styles and complicated shoe categories to form a golden standard system.According to the shoe structures and component elements,the characteristics of main categories of shoe styles are summarized and the classification design modules such as men's shoes,women's shoes,sports shoes and sandals are integrated with classification ideas including characteristic research,main category division,structure subdivision,style characteristic extraction and design accessary elements integration,etc.in order to provide sufficient theoretical basis for construction of shoe style informatization modules.The shoe style database with storage and display capabilities is formed.(4)Development of Information-based Shoe Design Technology System.Through the researches on rule explorations and relationships of characteristics,attributes,functions,roles and correlation problems of shoe design basis elements are carried out.The comprehensive research on shoe design elements informatization is conducted when each element module focuses on system requirements,to provide design basis and approach for the logic formation of shoe design basis and the construction of system logic and modularization of system elements.Based on the matching of foot type characteristics,shoe tree technologies and individualized styles selection modules,the database integrated information system of three modules,i.e.foot type,shoe tree and style decoration is completed,and the system platform which integrates the data collection,data analysis,data matching,data storage and scheme design is established,which realizes the data concentration of shoe design basis elements and provides a systematic platform for accurate production of shoes.
