The content of this paper is an important part of "Mine ventilation and power system security condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of early warning systems" (No:2007BAK29B05). It is based on the current situation that the continuously happened fault in the insulation of the mine main ventilator motor, poor insulation monitoring reliability and the imperfect assessment method.Being called "The lungs", the mine main ventilator motor, which is the important equipment in coal mine production, is responsible for replacement of fresh air to the coal mine, dilution and discharge of toxic, explosive gas and dust underground. The motor of mine main ventilator motor is the core of the mine main ventilator, and its safety function can affect safety and stable of the coal mine system. The insulation system of mine main ventilator motor suffers from high temperature and humidity, as is called the TEAM stress, is prone to insulation fault. Therefore, online monitoring the ground insulation system, evaluating the aging level of the early insulation fault, and judging and early warning the potential fault can know the health status of the motor of mine main ventilator, which will eliminate hidden faults to the maximize and improve the reliability and safety of the operation of mine main ventilator motor, and has significant importance to the safety production of coal mine.In this thesis, the mechanism of insulation failure of mine main ventilator motor was analyzed. Suitable insulation condition monitoring parameters have been chosen and the overall framework of state monitoring and fault diagnosis system of mine main fan motor insulation was developed through the analysis of causes and evolution process of insulation fault of motor insulation aging state.Taking part in the design of signal acquisition hardware circuit of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system, which is insulation resistance signal acquisition circuit, temperature signal acquisition circuit, signal processing circuit of partial discharge, etc.. The hardware circuit system has been debugged and part of hardware circuits, which are synchronous signal generating circuit, temperature signal acquisition circuit, have been improved. The hardware circuit of the system performance test and field installation and debugging were completed.Lower computer software based on C8051F020 has been compiled, which realized the collection, saving, and solving of the insulation resistance, temperature, partial discharge, power frequency voltage signal of mine main ventilator motor. The collected data was sent to the host computer for analysis and processing.The commonly used method of information fusion fault diagnosis has been summarized. Method suitable of the insulation fault diagnosis system for the mine main ventilator motor has been defined and the fault diagnosis model, in addition with the cases of fault diagnosis system has been found.According to the overall requirements of the fault diagnosis system, the structure and scheme of fault early warning software have been admitted combined with hardware circuit characteristics. Lab VIEW was taken as the software development platform of the fault warning system, and two level data fusion has been put forward. The fault diagnosis and early warning procedures of the insulation has been developed through adoption of the arithmetic average and batch estimate method combined theory and acceptance of the D-S evidence theory and method based on Fuzzy Theory.The platform of the system was completed in the HV lab. The hardware and software of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system mine main fan motor was debugged. Finally, a field industrial test was carried out in Sihe Coal Mine of Jincheng Coal Mining Group.The test result has shown that the whole system is reasonable in structure, and the hardware circuit is of high precision and strong anti-interference. The PLC software is fast and reliable while operating, with accurate and real-time in status monitoring. The whole system runs stable, with each indicator reached the design requirements, and can satisfy the needs of modern coal mine monitoring.
