As one of the key links of coal mine ventilation system,the normal operation of mine main ventilator is the premise to ensure safe production and reasonable ventilation in coal mine.It will cause huge economic loss to coal mine and even endanger the life safety of underground personnel.Therefore,it is very necessary to diagnose the fault of main ventilator in time and effectively.In this paper,the main ventilation monitoring system monitoring parameters and fault cases are collected and analyzed based on the knowledge of the main ventilation structure,working principle and field investigation in various coa mines,and the main fault types are determined.The cause of the failure and the logical relationship between the various kinds of faults.The fault tree of main ventilator was set up.On this basis,through the analysis of fault diagnosis theory,the main ventilator fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy reasoning is established,and the system function model is established according to the requirements of mine main ventilator monitoring and fault diagnosis.After analyzing the task call and data information transfer in monitoring and fault diagnosis,the expert system structure model based on knowledge and the genera information architecture based on WEB are established.Finally,the expert system of-monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine main ventilator is developed and realized by using Access relational database Kingview,which provides technical support for improving the safety of main ventilator in coal mine.The main contents of this paper are as follows(1)The fault tree model of main ventilator is established.On the basis of understanding the structure and working principle of the main ventilator,through the field investigation in each coal mine,the monitoring parameters and fault cases of the mai ventilator monitoring system are collected and analyzed,and the main fault types and causes are determined The logical relationship between various kinds of faults is analyzed ventilation fault tree?motor fault tree and excitation device fault tree are established respectively.(2)The fault diagnosis method of main ventilator is established.Based on the analysis of the common fault diagnosis theory and the actual operation of the main ventilator in coal mine,the fault diagnosis method of the main ventilation based on fuzzy reasoning is established,and the feasibility of the method is verified by taking the fault of the ventilator rotor as an example.(3)Establish the overall framework of the system based on WEB.Combined with the monitoring and fault diagnosis requirements of the main ventilator in coal mine,the main functional modules of the system are determined and the system function model is established.On this basis,the task call and the transmission process of the data information are analyzed in the process of monitoring and fault diagnosis,and the structure model of the expert system and the three layer information architecture based on WEB is established.(4)The analysis,design and implementation of system.According to the actual needs of different users in coal mines and the process of users'activities in the process of using the system,the system use case diagram and user activity model are established.On this basis,according to the specific contents of each functional module of the system and the requirements of the operation process,the expert system for monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine main ventilator is developed by using Access relational database and Kingview,and the actual application development and test operation in Sangshuping Mine of Hancheng Mining Bureau.
