High-grade CNC machine mechanical and electrical integration of the joint simulation technology and control parameters optimization is precision,high precision machining technology in our country.Mechatronics system performance determines the quality of the equipment work ability and the machining precision.Mechanical and electrical construction of control subsystem mechanical subsystem and hydraulic pressure drive system and so on.At present,in the process of actual production of electromechanical integration products,joint simulation analysis was carried out on the system as a whole,now in the practical CAM software is difficult to find a suitable analysis software,make it seamless connection to professional 3 d CAD software(solidworks,etc.).This is equivalent to the traditional way of design.Control system and mechanical system is independent of each other.analyze and debug in its own areas,before importing the model,the traditional CAM software need lots of as simplified treatment likes cuts on model,repair,redefine material properties.such,not only longing design time,but also can’t guarantee the design accuracy,moreover,can’t consider interference between mechanical system and control system.In this paper,aiming at the existing problem of the high-grade CNC machine tool,using the Matlab SimMechanics module,With our design boring and milling machining center vertical milling system as the research object,separately carries on the dynamic analysis,kinematics analysis,And the boring and milling machining in mathematical modeling simulation,simulation results validated.Results showed that SimMechanics software is so powerful that before modeling and simulation needn’t to adjust or a large number of changes,make the seamless connection come ture,improve the accuracy of the simulation,shorten the production cycle,reduce the work intensity,and are in conformity with the actual.In the simulation process,adjust the parameters of control system,can obtain the corresponding machine tool movement,It is the basic theory basis for the subsequent motion control,dynamic performance analysis and optimization.Through Matlab and SolidWorks software joint realization of joint simulation analysis,at domestic and abroad mechanical and electrical integration analysis is technological innovation,and the development of mechatronics conjoint analysis simulation technology in the future.In the process of actual production and processing,easy to cause the power of the workspace on the mechanical and electrical system its lead to system instability.Adjust the concussion of adverse effects on the system is another important problem in this paper.Separate the traditional PID control is just a simple linear control system,the control effect in the nonlinear control is insufficient,so the actual machining process often cannot obtain good effect.This paper uses CMAC-PID parallel control boring and milling machining center,in-depth understanding of CMAC algorithm core idea,combined with the traditional PID control,a new algorithm not only has the advantages of CMAC learning ability,to adapt to the fast,but also has good stability,and many other advantages of traditional PID control.According to the results of simulation experiments,the CMAC-parallel PID control effect is compared with the traditional PID control to improve the robustness and stability of the system.To sum up,this article through to the boring and milling machining center vertical milling system mechanical and electrical integration simulation to study the key technology,can adjust the mechanical system and control system at the same time,intuitive show the overall effect of the performance of machining center,each subsystem is effectively solved in the process of modeling and simulation and fix the problem of not accurate,development time long shortcomings.on the basis of this model to join the advanced PID control,to make it better abate the force of workspace on the mechanical and electrical system.Complete and accurate to solve the problems found.
