With the complete construction of China's industrial system and the introduction of the world's industry 4.0 high-tech strategic plan,the research on CNC machining technology has been elevated to a new level.CNC machining center is one of the representative basic equipment of CNC machining technology.It is widely used in machining fields such as automobile,aviation,shipbuilding,military industry,power equipment,hydraulic equipment,etc.It is the equipment with the largest output and the most widely used among all machining machine tools.Post-processing technology is the key to the high-quality processing of the CNC machining center.Its main function is to convert the tool position information in the tool position file generated during the pre-processing process into a CNC program that can be recognized by the machine tool CNC system.As the domestic post-processing technology system is not yet mature,research on dedicated post-processing is even rarer.For this reason,this article aims at the problems of post-processing in CNC machining,and uses post-processing secondary development software to research and discuss the dedicated post-processing system of TX1600 G intelligent compound CNC boring and milling machining center.The traditional general post-processing technology takes a long time to calculate,and requires multiple modifications during the operation to generate the CNC program required by the CNC system.Moreover,the function is single,the program recognition is not strong,and the system applicability is poor.Therefore,this article develops its special post-processing file for the CNC system of TX1600 G specific machine tool.In order to develop a special post-processing system with good stability and pertinence,this article first briefly analyzes the structural layout characteristics of the machine tool of the TX1600 G machining center,researches the machine tool CNC system format and coordinate system definition,and establishes the axis of the CNC system The coordinate model analyzes the causes of errors in the machining center and proposes an error compensation method.The development phase of post-processing integrates the development principles of post-processing development technology.Based on the PM-post post-processing builder,this paper proposes a special post-processing file design scheme.Combine the relevant parameters of the machine tool and the definition format of the CNC system,set the tool compensation,coordinate control,program head,tail and other related parameters,and develop special post-processing files.The developed post-processing file needs to be verified by experimental simulation before it can be applied to actual processing.This paper takes the headstock box parts as the post-processing file application experiment object,and makes and plans the process route,uses the Solid Works software to construct a three-dimensional model,based on the Power MILL software to program the box parts,through special post-processing The file is used to convert the box CNC program,and the compensation script file is written in HTML text language and Java Script hypertext language to complete the machining accuracy compensation of the CNC program.Based on the above research,this paper uses VERICUT CNC machining simulation software to build a virtual model of the TX1600 G machining center,simulate the actual machining environment,import box parts and corresponding CNC programs,and complete the simulation processing and inspection of the headstock box parts The correctness of the special post-processing file for TX1600 G machining center.The special post-processing file developed in this paper can be applied to the TX1600 G composite CNC boring and milling machining center with NUM1060 M CNC system,and it plays a certain reference role for the research of the special post-processing system of the composite CNC machining center.
