Vertical type centrifuge is an important mineral processing equipment,the stability and reliability of the work of the centrifuge is directly related to the performance and efficiency of the centrifuge.In the application of centrifugal concentrator,the process is more complex,in the process of production operation,the rotation speed of the motor often can not be controlled accurately.In this paper refers to the domestic and foreign related research achievements on the basis,analyzes the research status of centrifugal concentrator,effects due to mineral flux and concentration changes of motor speed ore separation efficiency,so the design of the a kind of optimization of fuzzy PID Technology Application in vertical centrifugal concentrator control,PID control with the fuzzy controller of centrifugal separator of motor rotation speed,makes the motor rotation rate maintained at the mineral separation.The main work of this paper is as follows:The jacket type centrifuge is given centrifuge control effect of the main parameters for the motor speed and the size of ore flow and centrifuge design fuzzy PID closed-loop control,input for motor speed error E and error variety rate EC,and formula parameters KP,Ki and Kd values as output,from adjusting KP,Ki and KD and other parameters,through the fuzzy inference and anti fuzzy controller of output value is accurate,through the fuzzy controller output to adjust the speed of motor rotation,with inverter control the speed of change speed,so as to improve the processing precision and the control of the motor is realized.The s7-1200 as the core,through the optimization of fuzzy controller design controller is mainly by genetic algorithm optimization in the repository database is optimized.The hardware and software design,the hardware part including mineral traffic data collection,pressure,rotating speed signal sampling,unit,sensor and secondary circuit.The design software is programmed by the S7 basic 10.5 V software,according to the program flow chart gives a signal sampling program;for the design of monitoring interface,interface using Win CC flexible software to draw,the design of the monitoring and alarm,rotate speed real-time curve interface,to achieve the real-time monitoring on the separation process parameters of all components.Finally,through the comparison of PID algorithm,MATLAB simulation to highlight the superiority of the fuzzy PID.At the same time,the PLC-1200 and industrial control computer,HMI three synthesis,the entire system Ethernet communication.The control system runs stably,and the content of the concentrate is improved obviously,which can meet the requirement of improving the separation efficiency of mineral resources in the process of mineral production.
