Tea shapingis a very important step in tea processing and has significate meaning on the tea shape and quality.It affects the shape of the tea conclusively and the formation of contents of needle-type tea throuth the strength and heat.The function of Tea machine is to make tea lose water and low boilingaromatic matters by heating under certain temperature,therefore,we can soften tea cellular tissues tomake the rolling procedure easlier[1].In order to prevent the tea turns yellow,dark or burnt during tea shaping,we need to make the temperature of tea machine distribute unevenly to enhance the tea quality.Tea shaping machine is irreplaceablein tea shaping.lightening work strIt is widely used in famous needle-type tea processing since it operates stable,has simple mechanical structure,easy to operate and lightens work strength.Thus,it's necessary to improvedisadvantages of tea shaping machine: first,improper way of heating causes heating effectiveness and high heat loss;second,improper distribution of heating device causes the difference of pot's temperature,which differs the quality of tea.In general,middle and top of the pot have higher temperature and edge and corner of the pot has lower temperature,which is bad for the unity of tea's quality.The purpose of the study is to analyze the reasons which cause different temperaures of each part of the pot and to invite tea shaping machines better than the traditional ones by studying on the structure of tea shaping machine and thermodynamic model of heating devices.Optimizing the uniformity of temperature distribution makes the temperature collecting for tea shaping machine more reasonable under automatic control,which can increase producton efficiency and economic benefit in tea industry,lay a solid foundation for the design of the automatic production line for tea and improve the whole tea mechanization development process.The study studies on uniformity of temperature of electrical heating tea shaping machine heating devices,studying finite element analysis with the datas by modeling the heating panels and using ANSYS Workbench software and analysize on uniformity of temperature of heating panels' surfaces so as to optimize the structure design of the heating panel;And using MATLAB software to temperature control system,simulation analysis control parameter optimization system,in order to obtain the ideal temperature control response characteristics.Richard machine heating device based on infrared heating tea the uniformity of temperature field,with nonuniform distribution,such as power of electric heat pipe as cast aluminum,the production of electric heating plate,temperature can be controlled within + /-1 ?.And then through the plasma spraying process with MnO2,Cr2O3,TiO2 and CuO as the main components of reunion type infrared radiation powder materials preparation into infrared coating on the surface of the electric heating plate.
