The Design And Implementation Of Traceability System For Quality And Safety Of Fruit And Vegetable Products Based On ASP.NET MVC

As a major producer of fruit and vegetables,China has accounted for 1/4 of the world’s output.But in comparison,its physical volume of international trade is less then 10%,China’s fruit and vegetable enterprises are faced with the dilemma of "sell in low price ".Moreover,due to a serious of food safety problems burst,consumers pay more attention to the quantity of food. Compared with foreign countries,they has perfect laws and mature traceability means in the food safety aspects.China is still in the stage of the system’s construction.When food safety incidents occur, if enterprises are able to control foods’ circulation in time, and find out the hazard source to prevent the damage on the health of consumers to further expand.It’s significant to restore the credibility.In order to meet consumer demands for high yield and quality of fruits and vegetables,enterprises and rural cooperatives adopt more standardized production line of fruit and vegetable products. It is able to control product quality in all aspects of processing through a unified standard to increase productivity. Although some enterprises record the production data in some segments,it can not be together with an effective way to form a complete traceability chain. It selects this type of enterprises as a research and implementation object of the fruit and vegetable product quality traceability system because they have a initially traceable condition.Working with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database that stores the collected core data and Web’s AJAX technology,the traceability system which designed by ASP.NET MVC framework achieves the real-time exchange of data and perfect interactive experience.The use of QR code greatly enhance the convenience of the product traceability.Consumers can directly scan the fruit and vegetable traceability information interface with a mobile phone.The foundation of traceability system not only provides an opportunity for enterprise to establish a good reputation and forms differentiated competition,but also greatly enhance the efficiency of positioning the problem of fruit and vegetable products, which is convenient to recall the product and traced to the responsible person for the first place.
