This paper studied the preparation of amino resins and its cushioning properties and its adsorption properties of phosphate. First, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) beads were prepared by suspension polymerization process, and then the amino resins were produced by the PMMA beads basis with triethylene tetramine amine solution. For the synthetic resins, functional group content, the infrared characterization and the adsorption properties of the cushioning properties were measured. During the preparation of amino resin, the influence of the type of solvent, time and temperature on the PMMA beads amination reaction were studied. The results showed:1,4-dichlorobenzene was selected as the solvent, the reaction temperature was 170?, the reaction time was 48h, and the maximum functional group content of the resulting amino resin was 2.96mmol/g. Studying on resin buffering capacity found that amine resins had a high buffering capacity in urease catalyzed reaction and they had the same capacity with phosphate as a buffer in enzyme catalysis capacity, and they could be recycled. Adsorption aminated resin beads of potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution showed:amine resins synthesized under the same conditions had stronger adsorption capacity than industrial-grade amine resins, and the resin with hydrochloric acid solution could be efficiently recycled, and had better cycle performance. This experiment also studied the synthetic surface immobilized sulfonic acid group and amino resins. After reaction with concentrated sulfuric acid, chlorine ball could be successfully immobilized sulfonic acid group in the surface of the ball chlorine. Then it was subjected to amination reaction, when the sulfonic acid group content was lower, amine could be successfully immobilized on the surface of the ball chlorine. The experiment also synthesized quaternary ammonium groups containing different alkali anion exchange resin, various amination agents could also have a great impact on the functional group content of the resin.
