A Research On The Long Term Mechanism Of Guang Xi Rural Ecological Environment Construction

Human beings continue to conquer and transform nature, to create huge material wealth for themselves. Meanwhile, the problems of excessive consumption of resources, environmental pollution and ecological destruction have obviously threatened the human's survival and their developments in the future.The theory of ecological civilization, a type of sustainab le development, provides a new developing path to solve the environmental problems. It positively adjusts, improves and optimizes the relationship s among man, society and nature, build ing a harmonious, orderly and balanced development among them.Ecological construction in Guangxi is facing unprecedented pressure. The rural environment in Guangxi is bad. Point source pollution and non-point source pollution coexist; Life pollution mixes with industrial pollution; Industry and urban pollution transfer to the rural areas; All of the above have become the factors of restricting the sustainab le development of rural economy and society.In recent years, the Guangxi district Party committee and the government have focus on improving the rural ecological environment, and the quality of life of rural res idents. They also carried out a series of meaningful attempts. But a long-term mechanism for the construction of rural ecological environment has not be formed. Nowadays, the beautiful Guangxi rural construction activities are rolling full steam in the Guangxi region, some progresses have been achieved. This paper analyzes the causes of the rural ecological environment problems in Guangxi, summed up over the years, the difficulties of Guangxi rural environment mechanism construction of ecological environment and learn from experience of rural construction at home and abroad. Summed up the enlightenment of the construction of the ecological environment in Guangxi—to establish the long-term mechanism for the development of rural green circular economy;to increase the farmers' income; to mobilize the enthus iasm of public participation in environmental protection; to establish and perfect the relevant legal system to protect the ecological environment; to strengthen the urban and rural construction planning, specification of rural planning and construction; to improve the rural ecological environment governance mechanism to industrial pollution.
