Research On Mechanism Of Energy Saving And Emission Reduction From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

Energy saving and emission reduction is a long-term systematic project in our country.In addition to administrative measures,the government must adopt more market mechanisms and economic means to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.This paper takes Nanping city of Fujian Province as a case study,starting from the current energy-saving emission reduction achievements,existing problems,and analyzed the existing problems in energy saving and emission reduction mechanism,based on the use of energy-saving emission reduction and recycling economy of internal relations,proposed to promote the industrial low-carbon development cycle;from the perspective of the government,proposed to strengthen the organization and leadership,promote energy-saving emission reduction energy-saving emission reduction mechanism innovation,increase energy conservation publicity,promote low-carbon life consumption and other countermeasures.
