Although the planning of the water environment in our country started late, but the domestic relevant units of many rivers and lakes built or applied the mathematical model of water quality, and achieved a large number of results?Fuzhou river watershed is located in the northeast old industrial base Wafangdian City territory, area of industrial developed, large quantities of water, wastewater emissions, Wafangdian City of industrial and domestic sewage are flowing into complex, river, a tributary of the back River, after looked back after the river Longshan sewage volume factory processing into complex, river basin in the middle, resulting in a complex,Dong Feng Shui reservoir water pollution, which cannot meet the requirements of the water quality of water function zone. Dongfeng reservoir for Wafangdian urban life and the water for Industry and agriculture is the main source of water supply? Therefore, Dongfeng reservoir water pollution has seriously affect the life of urban residents in the basin, but also restricts the development of local society and economy? Study on water quality comprehensive improvement plan is proposed for in order to improve this situation, This paper choose Fuzhou river shongshu-Fuzhou river Estuary as the research object, through the establishment of hydrology, water quality model, water environmental capacity calculation part of the river, proposed Fuzhouhe watershed water quality comprehensive improvement plan?The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) According to the current situation of water resources in the basin, collect and collate information, including hydrology, water quality data, sewage outfall monitoring data and investigation, and to analyze and collate the data obtained?(2) Application of QUAL2K water quality model, first of all, using the historical runoff for many years to calculate the hydrological frequency, the rate of water environmental capacity calculation of the required parameters?
