Biological aerated filter technology in Biological membrane method has been widely applied in water treatment, rely on biochemical reaction on biofilm removal of organic matter, microbial degradation rate is slow, but there is also a biological membrane is easy to fall off, long processing time, improve the carrier on microbial activity, will improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment, therefore, in the study of the microbial activity of the aeration biological filter has great research significance.This study is added the production process of magnetic materials in the filter materials, magnetic biological filter material is determined by orthogonal experiments the final formula, and the applications of magnetic filler to aeration biological filter technology, by way of winding coil around the biological filter, get a uniform electric coil magnetic field, the simulation of the sewage treatment effect under different magnetic field research, exploration, the main contents include:(1)Using zeolite, cement, sand, magnetic material as raw material, through the orthogonal test, baking free type filter of preparation, and the micro structure of the filter and morphology were characterized. The relationship between the adsorption time and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was investigated.(2) Build plus magnetic biological filter reactor, and adjust the current of 2.5 A, magnetic field intensity is 6 mt, hang on two groups of biological filter membrane start features. The results show that the removal rate of COD and ammonia-N growth faster from 6 to 20 days, but in the end,the difference between two groups of filter removal rate is not big.(3) Study on the removal efficiency of COD and ammonia-N nitrogen of four different magnetic field strengths. Results show that: When the intensity of magnetic field is 12 m T, the magnetic shows an inhibitory effect on removal performance,the removal rate of COD and ammonia-N is decreased respectively. When the intensity of magnetic field is 20 m T, 30 m T and 40 m T, magnetic field has a positive effect on removal rate. The average removal rate of COD were increased by 4.23%, 8.41%, 3.87% respectively; The average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen-N were increased by 4.28%, 14.38%, 6.72% respectively. Under low temperature, at 12, 20 m T, the magnetic shows an inhibitory effect on remove phosphorus, under 30, 40 m T, the magnetic shows an positive effect on remove phosphorus.(4) Investigating two groups of filter environment factor, The changes of water p H, temperature and dissolved oxygen concentration is not large, When the intensity of magnetic field is 12 m T, 20 m T, 30 m T and 40 m T, 2#magnetic biological filterthe removal rate of turbidity is 90.34%, 92.17%, 95.90%, 92.99%.(5) Further research the microbial biomass and microbial activity of the two groups of filters under different magnetic field intensity, results shows that when the intensity of magnetic field is 12 m T, the microbial biomass and microbial activity of 2 # magnetic biological filter is less than common biological filter slightly under a certain quality of material. At 20 m T, 30 m T and 40 m T,the microbial biomass and microbial activity of 2 # magnetic biological filter is higher than that of 1# biological filter.The microbial activity was the highest at 30 m T,under Low temperature, the microbial biomass and microbial activity of the two groups are fairly.
