Denitration transformation of Yuncheng power plant is presented, mainly for the high concentration of nitrogen oxide emission operation of boiler 600 MW units,in order to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions in the combustion boiler, to reduce the pollution of the environment, to achieve ecological boiler combustion operation of the proposed. This article will contrast to many denitration transformation methods, and combining the reality of yuncheng power plant boiler equipment selection combustion retrofit scheme in operation and the reconstruction of the specific test process and results are analyzed, in order to promote eco boiler 600 MW units combustion and power generation applications.In combination with the meaning of thesis researchand the research status at home and abroad,this paper roughly summed up the relevant requirements of this field and the technical development. Secondly,introduced the mechanism of NOx formation and the control idea,low NOx combustion technology,and furnace flue gas denitration technology and knowledge of the renovation project. Mainly to adopt the existing approaches to set specific retrofit scheme, and to debug each specific area project, getting relevant test dates. Finally, by comparing the tests, the method of low nitrogen combustion technology+SCR denitration transformation eventually reached the expected design requirements, meetting the requirements of environmental protection of emission standards; at the same time, by practicing the operation summed up a set of targeted strong adjustment method for similar power plant operation to the safe operation of the unit.
