Study On Evaluation Model Of Multiple Attribute Group Decision-making For The Economic Operation Of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant

With the rapid development of urbanization,the problem of environmental pollution in China is becoming more and more serious.In recent years,urban sewage treatment plant as the main municipal facilities of urban water pollution treatment has been a lot of development and construction.But,the effect of water pollution treatment and the economic benefits of urban sewage treatment industry are unsatisfactory,The decision of water treatment technology have important influence on the designing,construction,management and operation of the project.In order to make the scheme selection of sewage treatment plant as far as possible to reduce the ecological environment pollution,reduce the management cost of investment projects and operation,and in order to provide the reliable safeguard for residents living standards and the sustainable development of the society.So,a reasonable evaluation and scheme decision of the sewage treatment plant is very necessary and have a great practical significance.This article have studied the domestic and foreign research on the comprehensive evaluation system of urban sewage treatment plant,and combined with the engineering practice of waste-water treatment plant's technology decision,and bring the risk evaluation model in different schemes as the main line to construct the objective decision making system for four aspects about technical benefit,environmental benefit,economic benefit and social benefit.The system have chose 14 evaluation indexes which have a impact on evaluation model.In the decision making system,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the index is carried out by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics method.Finally,according to the actual situation of the sewage treatment plant,the multiple attribute group decision-making model is used to make a reasonable decision,and to select one from the alternative programs,which has the better technology,better treatment effect,more economical investment and excellent social benefits.Taking a city sewage treatment plant as an example,this paper use a multiple attribute group decision model to make the decision of the alternatives.Finally,the A~2/O+MBR is chosen as the optimal process of the waste-water treatment plant.This scheme was more practical,and the model has achieved good application results.This research of multiple attribute group decision making model not only makes the comprehensive evaluation system of urban sewage treatment plant to be supplemented and improved,it also provides a theoretical basis for the decision of the sewage treatment schemes and the improvement of the sewage treatment standard.
