In this paper, the low al oy high strength steel(Q460-1, Q690-1) with different intensity levels of ferrite pearlite and low alloy high strength steel with ferrite bainite morphology(Q690-2)are studied, with strength level in different tissue types and different strength level with the comparative study on the two aspects of the organization type high strength low alloy steel under the condition of the sliding of abrasive wear and corrosion wear performance.In this experiment, the wear weight loss and wear rate of the materials were tested by MMS-2A sliding wear tester, POD HT-2001 pin friction and wear tester and MSH-5 type corrosion and wear testing machine, by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope(SEM), micro hardness tester and other modern analytical instruments, the microstructure, hardness and surface morphology of the matrix were analyzed. The influences of different load, lubrication condition, temperature, corrosion environment and other factors on the wear resistance of the system are analyzed, and the wear mechanism of several low alloy steels under different conditions are discussed.Under the sliding friction and wear condition, the wear performance of Q460-1 steel was the worst in the microstructure of the coarse ferrite and pearlite. The microstructure of Q690-2 steel is ferrite and bainite, strength and fracture toughness are better, the best.Q690-1 steel microstructure is refined ferrite and pearlite, wear resistance second only to Q690-2 steel. The wear rate of the series steel increases with the increase of the load, and the variation of the wear rate is similar. The wear rate of the test steel can be reduced significantly under the condition of lubrication. In the sliding wear of the pin, the change law of the load phase and the wear time is a process of increasing the first and then increasing. At low load test steel grinding surface relatively flat, there is a small amount of grooves and cracks. With the friction and plastic deformation phenomenon is obvious, plastic degree will worsen with the load and wear increasing stroke, finally there will be massive fatigue spalling traces. Oxidation wear at high temperature is conducive to the reduction of wear rate and improve the wear resistance.In corrosive wear, no matter in acid, alkali or neutral corrosive medium, the corrosion resistance of Q460-1 steel is the worst, Q690-2 steel and Q690-1 steel corrosion wear resistance is better, Q690-2 steel is slightly better than Q690-1 steel. The relative wear resistance of Q460-1 test steel under three kinds of corrosion conditions is small, and the difference between Q690-2 and Q690-1 test steel is relatively large. For the same kind of test steel, the wear resistance of the neutral condition is the highest, and the basic acid is the lowest. From the point of view of the grinding surface, the three species are very different. Under acidic conditions grinding circular larger erosion pit, surrounding the cutting furrows, alkaline conditions grinding surface is dominated by micro cut ting, peeling a little. And in the neutral condition grinding surface mainly in the shallow surface corrosion.The comprehensive analysis shows that strength level higher wear resistance of high strength low alloy steel is better under the same kind of organization. In the case of the same strength level, the sliding wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the low alloy high strength steel with ferrite and bainite structure are better than that of ferrite and pearlite.
