In recent years, the twin-roll casting technology has made remarkable achievements, received wide attention in the world steel industry. At present, many countries and universities have the twin roll casting technology used in the process of the cast-rolling process of magnesium alloy and thin steel strips and aluminum alloy,and was a great success and profitability. But the relevant researches ferroalloy twin roll casting process is almost zero, and many of the physical properties of the material parameters ferroalloy almost no reference to publicly available data, which also brought great difficulties for the casting of ferroalloy production. Therefore, in the study of iron alloy materials and process performance at the same time, it is needed to design can cast rolling out of the iron alloy to meet the requirements of twin roll casting equipment.This paper to the professional casting software Procast material warehouse in carbon ductile iron EN-GJSA-XNiCr20-2 for iron alloy twin roll casting materials, this for design and analysis based on iron alloy twin roll caster casting roller and the rack. In this paper, firstly detailed design and calculation of cast roll and roll sleeve of mating types and assembly, and ultimately selected type of fit for T7/h6 interference fit, the assembly selected expansion shrinkage method and the roll sleeve of the heating temperature of billet are calculated, And The maximum interference fit is 0.56 mm larger than the radial mean deformation is 0.78 mm, the casting roll sleeve is heated to 280℃, therefore meet the tolerance with the casting roll core and roll sleeve can successfully complete the installation.Then use ANSYS software for the design of casting roller and the frame structural statics analysis. The results show that the casting roll and stand stress safety, comply with the design requirements. Then the roll sleeve temperature field analysis, draw roll in a stable casting rolling process in the roller surface temperature distribution: the highest temperature reached 627℃, the lowest temperature 113℃.The last of the casting roll core and roll sleeve working temperature under the thermal mechanical coupled analysis. The difference between the average deformation of the roll core and roll sleeve at the working temperature is less than the 0.51 mm of the roll core and roll sleeve of the 0.56mm。The results in this paper for the understanding and design of alloy twin roll casting machine has a certain practical significance.
