| The heavy oil in a large proportion of oil and gas resources in the world. The effective exploitation of heavy oil will add more oil resources for the petroleum industry. The viscosity of heavy oil is high, but it is sensitive to temperature, every increase of 10 degrees Celsius, the viscosity decreased by about half. At present in the world including usually used in China is mining technology for thermal recovery of heavy oil, by using the method of single well steam injection, the average temperature of the steam at 320 degrees Celsius, some as high as 375 degrees Celsius. Steam injection is widely used in mining, insulation casing. With thermal sleeve steam injection can make the steam heat loss is greatly reduced, can greatly improve the injection depth and injected steam quality, insulation casing is an important tool of borehole heat steam injection.This paper is based on the AG100 H Anshan steel casing research and development project, under the existing conditions, combined with the domestic and foreign advanced technology, developed to meet the needs of users of non API products, the main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Through laboratory and industrial production, analysis and contrast test of steel for AG100 H grade insulation casing, design the chemical composition of AG100 H steel grade insulation casing.(2) Through the industrial test, the research and the contrast test of the technology system of AG100 H steel grade insulation casing production, according to the characteristics of production technology of heat insulation performance requirements AG100 H casing and phi 180 units, determine the production process of AG100 Hinsulation casing.(3) In industrial production, according to the conditions of the existing equipment, reasonable process route, hot rolling process and heat treatment process in production, the geometry of AG100 H insulation casing and physicochemical properties meet user needs.(4) Successfully developed the AG100 H insulation casing, and the mass production, and achieved good results, the mechanical properties meet the requirements of standard.(5) The production smoothly through the insulated casing collapsing strength test, experiment, simulation of thermal recovery wells perforating stress test, and experimental results are excellent.(6) The actual application results show that: according to the chemical composition of the new steel design, can produce AG100 H grade successful non API standard thermal sleeve, can effectively reduce production costs, contribute to lowering the efficiency of enter prises. |
