In order to provide theoretical support and process a comprehensive utilization of waste tobacco bud. In this paper, Fengjie, Wenshan, GuizhouZhengan and Hezhou, four origins of Yunyan 87 tobacco bud for raw materials. First, single factor and orthogonal experiments, ultrasonic assisted steam distillation four kinds of tobacco bud essential oils process was optimized to obtain the extraction rate of tobacco bud essential oil of different origin. Meanwhile, collate and analyze them for each origin obtained by steam distillation of essential oils prepared tobacco bud optimum conditions. Second, the tobacco bud oil prepared by steam distillation of the biological activity of research, study its antibacterial and antioxidant properties. Third, the use of solvent extraction of tobacco bud oils were prepared by steam distillation method and GC / MS analysis, obtained from different areas of the volatile components of tobacco bud oil, and these volatile components analysis of flavor constituents and antibacterial antioxidants analysis. Finally, the use of tobacco in the cigarette bud oils and flavored electronic cigarette liquid were discussed research. The conclusions are as follows:(1) Steam distillation of essential oils of different origin tobacco bud optimum conditions, while not identical, however insignificant, are in the 10% to 12% sodium chloride, solid-liquid ratio of 1:15 to 1: 25, ultrasonic immersion time 1.5 ~ 2.5h within range. Under optimum conditions, the tobacco bud oil extraction rate of each different origin, Fengjie, Wenshan, Hezhou and Zhengan essential oil extraction rates were 0.566%, 0.574%, 0.614%, 0.565%.(2) Four kinds of essential oils on the origin of the bacteria have some antibacterial properties, the order of their antimicrobial activity is Wenshan>Hezhou>Fengjie>Zhengan, The inhibitory effect on the fungus was no significant difference in poor antibacterial effect. Among them, the Wenshan tobacco bud essential oil of the best inhibitory effect of E. coli, Fengjie tobacco bud oil Bacillus subtilis inhibitory effect better, and tobacco bud essential oil Hezhou Paenibacillus polymyxa antibacterial effects compared it is good.(3) Anti-oxidation test the four origin tobacco bud oils have certain antioxidant capacity, substantially exhibit antioxidant capacity increases as the concentration increasing trend. Among them, the tobacco bud oil Zhengan clear test results DPPH and reducing power assay best Fengjie tobacco bud oil scavenging effect of OH radicals the best, Hezhou tobacco bud oil Clear O2- best.(4) The use of GC-MS analysis of volatile components of the essential oil found that tobacco bud oil contains large amounts of volatile components, including alcohols, heterocyclic compounds, aldehydes and ketones, unsaturated hydrocarbons(olefins and alkynes, esters and acids, terpenes and saturated hydrocarbons(alkanes). Volatile components analysis, the tobacco bud oil contains a lot of flavor components, such as benzene, ethanol, Kashiwagi brain, 2-n-pentyl furan, benzene, formaldehyde, benzene, acetaldehyde, β- Damas ketone, caryophyllene oxide, γ- valerolactone, dihydroactinidiolide like. These volatile components, contains a variety of flavor component having antimicrobial antioxidant capacity, such as geranyl geraniol, indole, caryophyllene oxide, β-4,8,13-triene-1,3-Dole Act- glycol. At the same time, these contain a lot of volatile components have antioxidant group, so that the tobacco bud oil has a unique flavor and have some antibacterial and antioxidant capacity.(5) Use spray oil on the tobacco bud flavored cigarettes, results showed that the proportion of perfuming sensory effects of tobacco 0.02% essential oils best buds. Among them, the Yunnan Wenshan tobacco cigarette buds perfumed oils affect the best. Using sensory evaluation method, the tobacco bud oils used in electronic cigarette liquid has also been discussed to give a preliminary electronic cigarette liquid formulations. That is the ratio of the atomizing agent is water: propylene glycol: glycerol(V: V: V) = 1: 6: 3, atomizing agent: Oil(V: V) = 8: 2, depending on the individual amount of nicotine add flavors, usually selected 6mg / m L.
