In the process of ethylene production, the five fraction of carbon in the production of ethylene is about 17%. The components of these five fractions are complex, as many as several dozen species. Which uses a higher value, the content of the more groups:isoprene, Piperylene, Cyclopentadiene. The three double olefin widely used in preparation of synthetic rubber, paint and other petrochemical products and fine chemical products, if not maximized, only to them simply used as fuel or other low added value of use, really is the biggest waste of a resource. H company is a moderate carbon five separation device, using the DMF method with fully independent intellectual property rights of two extraction process technology (referred to as ST Technology), the current has reached 150000 tons/year of ethylene plant by-product carbon five fraction of raw materials for separation, both to reduce the import pressure of five products, and reduce the cost of ethylene production, which greatly supports the development of H core business.This paper expounds the basic theory and method of project evaluation, It provides the basis and scope for the project of carbon five separation device of H company. The definition, content, process, development and classification of project evaluation are introduced. According to H company's existing production capacity and facilities, The ecological environment, the financial index, the risk and the competition ability of the device are reasonably evaluated. In summary, Come to the following conclusions, The project is feasible and reasonable, and it is in line with the national policy of building a resource conserving enterprise. It will further increase the rubber production capacity and variety of H company, and fill the blank of the large industrial production device.
