Research And Design On Softwood Chemical Pulp Production With Horizontal Tube Continuous Digester

Pulp and paper industry is closely related to the economic development and social civilization progress.The demand for various functions and processing paper increased and application fields of paper and board expanded continuously,along with the social progress and the development of science and technology.The proportion of wood fiber materials would be increased,according to the national development plan.The stable wood processing markets were set up in the domestic.The by-products of hardwood processing could be be used for pulping industry production.However the by-products of softwood processing could be used.The economists estimate that the amount of needle wood processing by-products was about 300000 cubic metres annually.The idle Pandia Continuous digester in MCC Paper Yinhe co.,LTD was used to cook softwood.The laboratory experiment was carried out as technical materials were gathered,the production process of Pandia Continuous digesteres in domestic pulp and paper mills were investigated.The production scheme of softwood chemical pulp with Pandia Continuous digester was determined,the technical process was designeda and the raw materials preparation equipments were selected according to the experiment results.Production tests were carried out.The production tests shown that softwood chemical pulp production with Pandia Continuous digester was practicable.The softwood chemical pulp of better quality were achieved as alkali dosage was 24%,the sulphidity of liquor was 25%,the highest cooking temperature was 170? and the cooking time was 120 min.
