At present, domestic waste of Hailun city was about 230t/d. All of the waste were dumped in landfills on conditions of without impervious element and sorting, which seriously polluted the atmospheric environment, groundwater resources and urban environment. The leachate could be harm to soil properties and structural, and cause secondary pollut ion, don't use resources in the domestic waste effectively at the same time. The economic, social and environmental sustainable development were seriously affected by the Hailun's domestic waste disposal status. In order to improve the Hailun's ecological environment quality and dispose the domestic waste with the principle of harmless, reduction and reclamation, the way of integrated treatment will be used.This paper analy zed the present status and development trend of domestic waste treatment technology at home and abroad. According to the domestic waste production and component features of Hailun city, compared various domestic waste treatment technology. It was put forward in this paper that the waste will be disposed by integrated approaches combined anaerobic fermentation with sanitary landfill. Domestic waste will be pretreated by manual sorting and water concentration, then the organics in waste are fermented by anaerobic bacteria, producing available biogas, meanwhile the biogas residues can be made into the nutrient soil; The selected masonry, plastic, iron and so on will be recycled, achieving reclamation and reduction; For the unrecoverable waste, sanitary landfill technology will be used to achieve the harmless teratment. The tests of Living garbage sorting, granulation system using recycled plastics and wastewater treatment process were investigatived. So the resource recovery system effic iency of domestic waste's integrated treatment was studied and the justified parameters for garbage disposal project was provided. The paper has finished a feasibility research of domestic waste's integrated treatment project in Hailun, the scale is 300t/d. The collection and transportation system of domestic waste and parts of waste treatment plants has been designed. Moreover, each part of process flow diagram and equipment list were given. And investment estimation and economic evaluation were carried out.A feasible process scheme and design parameters for the waste integrated treatment engineering in Hailun city were provided, creating the advantage condit ions for project construction and implementation. It will realize reclamation for the domestic waste treatment, be useful to the development of domestic waste integrated treatment technology in C hina. The subject is also consistent with china's strategic requirements of circular economy and sustainable development,and has great significance to the eco-environment in China.
