The exploitation of mineral resources plays an important role in the development of national economy. In recent years, China's metal mines safety production situation has maintained a stable, tend to improve the development of the situation, but the total amount of metal mine casualty accident is too large, major and serious accident prone momentum has not been fundamentally curbed, illegal, illegal production phenomenon has occurred, the safety production situation is still grim. Tong Guan area underground mines, there are many problems, some mines existing procedures are not, license expired, extensive management, safety conditions not effective improvement continues, resulting in serious accidents occur from time to time, serious harm to the enterprise staff's life and property safety. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry out the overall evaluation of the safety status of underground mines in Tong Guan area, and put forward reasonable, feasible and effective measures to improve the safety of underground mines.On the basis of the actual investigation of underground mine safety status in Tong Guan, 7 representative underground mines were selected as samples, and the safety problems and risk factors were analyzed. Secondly, the paper established a hierarchical evaluation model of underground mine safety in Tong Guan. Based on the AHP& entropy weight method, the overall evaluation of the underground mine safety situation in Tong Guan area was completed by using D-S evidence theory. The specific research results are as follows:(1) according to the mining production system and mining process, combined with the problems of mining and the risk factors in Tong Guan area, constructed a hierarchical evaluation model which covers 37 risk factors, 9 evaluation units.(2) According to the evaluation index system, the evaluation index system based on the weight of each evaluation index(3), using mathematical method D-S evidence theory to evaluate the overall evaluation system.The research results accord with the actual situation of the underground mine in Tong Guan area, and it has a certain reference value and guiding significance to improve the safety of underground mine safety problems in Tong Guan area, promote the continuous improvement of production safety situation in Tong Guan area, and effectively promote the production safety standardization construction of underground mine in Tong Guan area.
